Azura is pleased to offer shipping services across India; however, please note that transit times may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Duration:
Once your order is placed, we strive to process and ship it as quickly as possible from our home address via our trusted shipping agent. Our standard handling and processing time is typically 3 business days. The estimated delivery timeframe ranges from 5-10 business days. COD orders can take additional 2 days to process.
While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, please allow for additional time during busy seasons, as postal delays that are beyond our control may occur. Factors such as operational constraints, distance, customs procedures, and unforeseen events like natural disasters can also contribute to potential postal delays. 

How can I track my order?
To help you keep track of your order, we provide tracking information, including carrier details, for every package. Tracking details are updated on the website, as well as are mailed within 24-28 hours after shipment. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as postal delays or customs inspections may cause slight delays in updating the tracking information. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Lost or Delayed Packages

To safeguard your purchase, all orders are shipped with insurance coverage. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain delays may occur due to operational issues with the courier partner, such as the package being held at a courier facility or transit hub. These situations are beyond the brand’s direct control.

If your package is held at a facility, we kindly request you to allow us reasonable time to coordinate with the shipping partner and expedite the process. Such operational delays do not qualify as lost shipments or grounds for cancellation or refund.

In cases where a package is confirmed as lost in transit or returned to us due to an undeliverable address despite successful delivery attempts, we take full responsibility. Depending on the situation, we will either arrange a replacement shipment with tracking or issue a refund, as applicable.

Extended Delays

While we aim to share accurate delivery timelines, actual delivery times may vary due to operational delays, transit issues, or unforeseen circumstances with the courier partner. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are largely outside the brand’s direct control.

In case of an extended delay, we request you to reach out to us so we can follow up with the courier partner on your behalf and assist wherever possible. Please note that extended courier delays do not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refund, as these are beyond the brand’s responsibility.
