Availability of Cash on Delivery (COD)
Azura is a homegrown and women-led brand run by a passionate mother and her two daughters. At Azura, we deeply value the trust of our customers.
1. Ordering Process:
• COD orders are accepted exclusively via direct message (DM). Please contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp to select this payment option.
2. Availability:
• COD is available for most pincodes. However, certain restrictions may apply for tote bags in some areas. Please reach out to us for confirmation.
3. Payment Terms:
• A non-refundable prepayment of ₹200 is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon delivery.
• Additional COD fees:
◦ ₹50 for smaller bags
◦ ₹150 for tote bags
4. Order Rejection:
• The prepayment is non-refundable if the order is rejected at the time of delivery.

• If you're uncertain about placing an order, we offer various ways to reassure you:

◦ Live product images
◦ Highlights from our offline events with customer photos
6. Transparency:
• We conduct live sessions on stories and reels, showcasing our family and product consistency. You can view our stories for updates on defective sales; all content is recorded in the same familiar environment.
