Availability of Cash on Delivery (COD)

Azura is a homegrown and women-led brand run by a passionate mother and her two daughters. At Azura, we deeply value the trust of our customers.

1. Ordering Process:

 • COD orders are accepted exclusively via direct message (DM). Please contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp to select this payment option.

2. Availability:

 • COD is available for most pincodes. However, certain restrictions may apply for tote bags in some areas. Please reach out to us for confirmation.

3. Payment Terms:

 • A non-refundable prepayment of ₹200 is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon delivery.
 • Additional COD fees:
 ◦ ₹50 for smaller bags
 ◦ ₹150 for tote bags

4. Order Rejection:

 • The prepayment is non-refundable if the order is rejected at the time of delivery.

6. Transparency:

 • We conduct live sessions on stories and reels, showcasing our family and product consistency. You can view our stories for updates on defective sales; all content is recorded in the same familiar environment.

 • For further reassurance, we're happy to arrange a video call to show you our products and stockroom.

To establish trust, we invite you to contact us through Instagram or Whatsapp for a video call. During this interactive session, we will gladly showcase the products you are considering, as well as provide a glimpse into our stockroom and any other aspects you would like to see. This direct engagement allows you to build trust by observing our authenticity and transparency.
Live Pictures
Our Instagram Highlights section, specifically labeled as "Live Orders," features a multitude of unedited and raw pictures of our products. These images are captured just before the packaging process, offering an accurate representation of the items you will receive.
