COD Policy
Availability of Cash on Delivery (COD)
Azura is a homegrown, women-led brand run by a mother and her two daughters. We deeply value the trust our customers place in us and strive to be transparent at every step.
1. Ordering Process
- The COD option is available at checkout, subject to pincode serviceability.
2. Availability
- COD is available for most pincodes.
- However, certain areas may have limited or poor COD availability, especially for tote bags.
- In such cases, our team will contact you. You may choose to switch to prepaid or proceed with cancellation.
3. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable prepayment is required to confirm all COD orders.
- The remaining balance is payable in cash at the time of delivery.
4. Order Rejection or Non-Delivery
- The prepayment is non-refundable if the order is rejected at the time of delivery.
- The same applies if the order is not delivered due to reasons such as repeated failed delivery attempts, customer being unreachable, incorrect or incomplete address, or refusal to accept the order, provided the brand and courier company are not at fault.
5. Trust & Reassurance
If you feel unsure about placing a COD order, we offer multiple ways to build trust:

- A glimpse of our packaging process featuring our family
- Highlights from our offline events with customer photos
6. Transparency
- We regularly conduct live sessions on stories and reels, showcasing our products, packaging consistency, and family-run setup.
- Updates related to defective or clearance sales are also shared on our stories. All content is recorded in the same familiar environment.
7. Personal Interaction
- For additional reassurance, we are happy to arrange a video call to show you the products, stockroom, or any other details you would like to see.
